Delete your account

You can erase your Adventure Smash account at any time, through two paths. Both erase the same thing.

From the app (immediate)

  1. Open the game and tap the Social tab, then the gear (Options).
  2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
  3. Type EXCLUIR to confirm. Done: the account is erased from the server right away and the device goes back to first use.

By e-mail (if you no longer have the device)

  1. Write to suporte@adventuresmash.online with the subject Account deletion.
  2. Give us your player ID if you have it (in the app: Options, then Account, then Copy). Without the ID, describe the name you used in the game and the device model so we can find the account.
  3. We confirm and delete within 7 days, replying to the same e-mail.

What is erased

Deleting removes from the server everything that belongs to the account: the anonymous identifier, the chosen name, the monsters, the coins, the keys, the match history and the consent record. It cannot be undone. Database backups expire on their own within 14 days (privacy policy).

After deletion, opening the game on the same device creates a new, empty account — like on day one.
