Terms of use

Version of 27 August 2026. By playing Adventure Smash you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Portuguese version is the one that prevails.

1. The service

Adventure Smash is a free online game in beta: parts of the game change often, the service may go down without notice and progress may be reset until launch. There are no in-app purchases and no ads in this phase.

2. Your account

The account is created automatically from an anonymous identifier of your device — no sign-up. It belongs to this device; clearing the app data or changing devices means starting over (account recovery is coming in a future version). You may delete your account at any time.

3. Conduct

• Do not use cheats, automation, reverse engineering of the protocol or any way of manipulating matches and rewards. Matches are verified on the server; a tampered match earns no reward.
• Choose a player name that is not offensive, illegal or impersonating someone else. Names outside that may be changed by the team.
• Do not exploit flaws: if you find one, tell suporte@adventuresmash.online.

4. Content and ownership

The game, its art, its names and its code belong to the Adventure Smash team or its licensors. Items, coins and monsters in the game have no value outside it, cannot be converted into money and may be adjusted for balance during the beta.

5. Warranties and liability

The game is provided "as is", with no warranty of availability or of preservation of progress during the beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the team is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms reduces rights that Brazilian law grants you.

6. Termination

You end it whenever you want, by deleting your account. The team may suspend or terminate accounts that breach section 3, and may end the beta at any time.

7. Changes and applicable law

These terms may change; the date at the top follows along. A relevant change is announced inside the game. Brazilian law applies, and the jurisdiction is that of your domicile in Brazil.
