Privacy policy

Version of 19 September 2026 — the same one the app shows on first launch. Adventure Smash is an online game: to work, it stores the minimum needed on the server. This page says exactly what, what for, for how long and how to erase it.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Portuguese version is the one that prevails.

What is collected

• Anonymous device identifier: a random code created by the app itself on first launch. It is your account. It is not the serial number, the IMEI or the advertising ID, and it does not identify you outside the game.
• The name you choose in the game (public nickname).
• Your matches: stage played, result, shots taken, rewards and the account's coin and energy balance.
• Device model, system and app version, for support and bug fixing.
• IP address, recorded by the server on every connection, for security and abuse prevention.

We do not ask for e-mail, phone, real name, contacts or location. The app has no ads and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

What the data is for

• Making the game work: your account, your progress and your rewards live on the server.
• Preventing cheating and abuse: matches are checked on the server.
• Answering support requests.
• Tuning stage difficulty and balance: aggregate reports by stage, creature and day, never identifying players.

Nothing is sold or shared with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. The data sits on a server contracted from Hostinger, reachable only by the game team, and always travels encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

For how long

• Account and progress: for as long as the account exists.
• Technical server records (logs, with IP): rotated automatically; days, not months.
• Database backups: kept for up to 14 days and then erased. A deleted account may remain in those copies until they expire; the copies would only be used to restore the service after a failure, never to recreate deleted accounts.

How to delete your account

From the app itself (Options, then Account, then Delete account) or by e-mail — the step by step is in delete account. Deleting erases from the server the account and everything that belongs to it: name, monsters, coins and matches.

Your rights (LGPD)

The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) guarantees access to, correction of and erasure of your data. As we only keep what is listed above, the path for all of it is the same: suporte@adventuresmash.online, preferably with your player ID (Options, then Account, then Copy).

Children and teenagers

The game is rated for players over 13, has no purchases and no ads, and collects no data beyond what is listed. Guardians may request the deletion of a minor's account through the same support e-mail.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the app asks for consent again on the next launch.
